About This Game

Heritage Flipper is a relaxing renovation simulation about saving history, not destroying it. Players purchase forgotten ruins, clear away decay, and transform them into modern sanctuaries, blending sleek contemporary furniture against historic brickwork.

The renovation takes players around the world, restoring homes across the Netherlands, America, France, England, Spain, Italy, Germany, Japan, and China, each with its own architectural character to preserve.

Cleaning uses a set of ASMR-driven tools, including a Sandblaster, Power Washer, Grass Trimmer, and Paint Brush Roller, with no timers and no pressure. Along the way, players uncover artifacts left behind by previous inhabitants and choose whether to sell them for quick cash or restore and display them.

Progression runs from small client jobs managed through an in-game tablet to buying and flipping properties on the open market, reinvesting profits into better equipment and bigger, more complex ruins.
